How are you my foodies?This meal we are cooking today is special. We all know that groundnut soup is usually brownish, but this one is white because the groundnuts were peeled.
Peeled groundnuts are sold in the market but you can actually do the peeling yourself after buying the groundnuts which are still coated with their peeling. With that said, let’s get straight to the cooking.
- Ginger and garlic
- Salt and Maggi
- Cut the fish into slices, remove its gills and stomach contents. Salt and fry.
- Start by frying the sliced green spices till it is dry then add the tomatoes. I prefer not to grind so that it doesn't change the colour of the soup.
- Season and let it boil till it’s ready.
- Boil the rice.
